MOONSHINE

I still cry for you,
shedding tears filled with pain.
Wondering whether you will ever,
set eyes on me again.

I don't know what to say,
I don't know where to start.
Just that I love you so,
from the bottom of my heart.

Nothing can stop my emotions,
it's not something you can erase.
It's tough to convey these feelings,
in just a word or phrase.

It hurts more to know,
that what I presumed to be love divine,
turned out be a fallacy,
just a piece of moonshine...
