REINCARNATION

If in one heart however distant
There a memory abides
Of affections given and received
Then stands life justified

If in one thought however nebulous
There is warmth of compassion
Then even death is not cold
For there is hope of salvation

If in one smile of happiness evoked
On the face of those left behind
Living however futile it was
Then dying is to a new life find

So bid not farewell in grief
But with joy permission to die give
For when falls away this body frail
Another reincarnation in perpetuity lives
