Huddled in a dark corner

Arms a-stretched searching

Turned I to face, unaware

That a light was gradually filtering

Standing up, towards it I walked

As the environ too slowly awoke

And there you were, so purely bright

Exuding a magic for me to soak

Your brilliance made me look

Right through to your core

Soon my eyes were dazed

By the emotions that slowly soared

Have you ever stood long

And gazed at the glowing Sun

When eventually you do turn away

There is nothing besides to be done

There may be brightness around

Or a dim sadness may prevail

But the light that remains with & within

Makes all other visions to fail
