Sometimes I Smile

I find myself crying when I'm happy
and laughing when I'm sad,
with nothing to explain such behavior
except that I've gone mad.

Sometimes I smile to myself
because they think I am alone,
when it's your sweet, sacred presence,
not loneliness that makes me moan
