ONE OF MANY

The sky is filled with the day before
Clouds of rain and darkness as I open the door.

The light is here to show me the way
Along with my love and the coming day.

The day will be because of God
Thoughts and actions to keep me out of the sod.

As the light opens to display what appears
A haunting melody that covers all my fears.

The light tells me this day will begin
That all children of God creator again, will overcome sin.

This is the eternal promise given to the seekers
"So said God and the sacred keepers."
