God only asks that we do our chore
Get up in the morning, kiss our wife and kids, and go out the door.

Remember it is just as easy to be nice and fair
As it is to get angry and vicious and not even care.

If we need help to get through the day
Take a walk or go to a quiet place and have our say.

Go home to your wife and family for kisses in reverse
Get your hugs and forget about the chore, for it could have been worse.

It is true if everyone did care
This could be a beautiful world to share.

The world is not evil for look at your kids
Are any of them evil and would you put them up for bids?

They came from your God and carried by your loving wife
How could not children be the future for a mankind devoid of strife.

Truly as long as they keep coming it is a very good sign
For as your God gave them to you, I also got mine.
