If man doesn't question to find out why
A kernel of truth can be hidden by a lie
Human causes should not be used to ask another to die.

Who among us is so naive
Words of others we are told to believe
Human causes in time forgotten or else to deceive.

To accept and believe in words spoken eons ago
A picture is worth many words and I believe that is so
Time is irrelevant if people do not change and also grow.

Written words carry little emotions to express
The voice of a speaker raises in volume like all the rest
A human mind contains man's anger and also happiness.

Music part of the memory ready to display
Pictures, people and places, come back from another day
A mind is humanities eternal chalice we each take away.

When the mind is young and cannot relate
Questions be encouraged, particularly in matters of faith
When we reach the age of reason it is usually too late.

The mind retains how the senses react inside our pod
A seed of difference is an inclusive gift from God
Only the body remains in the earthly sod.

Authority figures hold a sacred key
Power, punishment and most important responsibility
To practice the "golden rule" in deference to the word me.
