This is a tale of Titi And Tutu, two frogs
Who had spent all their life in the bingle bog...

Amidst the same surroundings bored they were
So they decided to seek some adventure...

Bright lights is what they wanted to see
So they hopped their way to the city.

Exhausted, tired and hungry were they
Having taken no rest or food on the way.

They had heard it was a brightly lit town
But all they saw was darkness around!!

Of course, they found this bewildering!
Perhaps, they hadn't heard of load shedding!!!

Slightly disappointed, but enthusiastic still
Titi and Tutu were enjoying the adventurous thrill.

In search of food they entered someone's kitchen
Groping their way as it was pitch dark then.

Delighted at finding a water bucket
They  decided to take a few sips.

"Why not take a bath too?"
Suggested Titi to Tutu.

A leisurely swim  is what they had in mind
And in they jumped, not knowing what they'd find!!!

Uggh!! Splish!! Splash!! they let out a scream
Oh God! they had jumped into a bucket of cream!!

They tried their best, but kept slipping down
Realisation dawned that they would soon drown!!

Said Titi, "Alas! in death our adventure ends!"
and sadly bid farewell to his dear friend.

He stopped struggling and this was his doom!
At the bottom of the bucket he would die soon.

But Tutu was not willing to give up!
He was determined to try till his last breath.

Continuously paddling, stumbling, achieving no success!
He still had hope, and refused to give up!

Suffocating, choking, exhausted was he
But he continued his paddling spree...

And then - lo and behold! much to his surprise
He suddenly started to rise!!

By his paddling, the cream had churned!
and into butter it had turned!!

Up he came on this island of butter!
And rightly felt like the Lord of Adventure!!!

Circumstances, whatever they may be
Do not decide our destiny.

It is our attitude which determines
Whether, in this game of life, we lose or win!!
