She makes her entry as an infant, Crying her way into this world. So tiny and vulnerable, The moment she’s detached from the chord.
Cooes and gurgles, In the warm lap of her mother. Life seems so beautiful, From her little dwelling, so secure.
Years roll by as a baby, And soon she turns six. Now comes a new entrant, Who makes her ‘Big Sis’
Her new role is demanding, As responsibilities come with it. Growth of her kid brother, she monitors, Contributing to it, her little bit.
The comes the teenage, When she turns into a young lady. Discovers new fashion trends, Which she tries out boldly.
The carefree stage of life, She enjoys her freedom. Just parties and shopping, As kitchen is for Mum.
Soon she is working, The independent woman. She aims for great heights, And enjoys standing on feet, her own.
Marriage then happens, The turning point of her life. Faced with the most challenging responsibility, A dutiful role of a wife.
Leaving her childhood behind, She now has a new family and house. Loads of responsibilities, she shoulders, She becomes ‘Bahu’ to her ‘Sans’.
Soon she gives birth to a new life, A little infant in her own arms. The beautiful role of a mother, She plays, with much warmth.
Thus she is a daughter, A sister and a wife, A loving mother of her child, Are some of her wonderful roles of life.
