Melting Down...

 

 

 

My heart is melting down

   in the fire of your eyes

It has started breaking down

   like a mass of melting ice

  

In everything I see

 and in everything I hear

It always seems to me

that you are standing near

 

I can see no more

  the beauty in these days

for nothing stands before

  the beauty in your face

 

Have you never felt

   the feelings of my heart

Cant you see me melt

   in the fire of your thought

  

I shall melt and dry

   and go up to the sky

but even when I die

   I will look in to your eye

 

From the skies above

   I will come and be your shade

for I cant let my love

  for any reason fade
