I wish you find the man you're looking for.
if i see you happy, I've done my share.
I hope he loves you much more than I do,
but I'd also wish you remember I was there.

My nights are long, my days are bare,
as I read letters that I never sent.
The ghost of my love, walks uneasy,
it's yearning for you not quite spent.

Though you've passed me by,
things are not any longer the same.
I am haunted by those memories,
