The Concept
Each Chain Duet will be made entirely by any two poets/poetesses. You can use your skill and imagination to provide new links for this poem, and have fun, as the chain lengthens and the poem grows. Too many cooks, they say, spoil the broth. So sometimes, can too many poets! So only two poets will do each duet. The poem could turn out poignant or hilarious, inane or a masterpiece. It is all in your hands. So, go for it.
Format and Content
Each stanza or link of the Chain Duet will be by one of the Contributors. It will have some continuity with the previous part, - which could be maintained by a strand of Theme, Emotion, Reverie, Story or whatever. The subject matter may diverge, meander or come back to an earlier thought and so on. There are no strict rules. The only condition is there should be a link, however subtle, between one stanza and the next.
Form and Length
There are no restrictions as to the form or type of poetry (sonnets, blank verse, rhyme etc.)
