Chalke jo aansoon kabhi aankhon se,
Unhe dil mein qaid karr lenge,
Tere pyar ki nishaani ko
Yun kaise hum mitne denge!
Kabhi jo dil parr bhaari ho aansooun ka bojh,
Aahiste se hum unke badle dhadkano ka bojh utaar dengei!
Tumhe kabhi paa naa sake to kya hua...
Tere pyar ki nishaani hamesha apne paas rakh lengei!
Tohfa samajhkarr tera useh apne paas rakhengei...
Jab maut aayegi, apni yaad banaakarr useh tujhe saup jaayengei!
If ever my tears roll down on
my cheeks
I will preserve them in my heart
How can I ever let your memories depart?
If ever those tears are heavy for my heart
Instead of those tears, with my heart beats, I would depart!
So what if I could never get you
I will always treasure your memories
I will keep them with me as your gift
And when I die...
I will leave them with you, as my memories!
