Bewafai ki kisi ne hadd na banai, yeh kya zulm kiya

Phir bhi vafa ki raah mein mod na diya, yeh kya zulm kiya

Na maangi thi khushinyo ki bahaar sirf ek phool chunna tha

Ussmein bhi daal diye kaante hazaar, yeh kya zulm kiya

Na iss ke siwa kiya koi aur gunah, sirf pyar kiya yahi hei khatta

Umar keid dedo faansi dedo bewafai dekar yeh kya zulm kiya

Sabh ki bahut chah hoti hei, meri ek hei, chahe pehli kaho ya aakhir

Sukun ka ek pal de do becheini ka saagar de kar yeh kya zulm kiya

Mar mar ke jee rahei hein har pal phir bhi mautt hei ki aati nahi

Chein ki zindagi do yaa mautt majdhar mei laakar yeh kya zulm kiya

No one created the limit of infidelity, what a torment!

Yet in the way of faithfulness there isn’t any turn, what a torment!

I didn’t ask for a bouquet of happiness, had just chosen one flower

 I got that with a thousand thorns, what a torment!

If I committed a crime by loving him

Give me lifetime imprisonment, give me death but infidelity is a torment

All have many desires, but my first and last wish is a moment of peace

But you have given me  a sea of sorrows, what a torment!

Every living moment I die, yet death doesn't embrace me

Give me a peaceful life or death but leaving me mid way, what a torment!
