2. Send only ghazals and shers which have been written by you.

3. Please mention clearly that the ghazals you send have been written by you. (Along with Every ghazal  you send )

4. These ghazals and shers should be written in the Roman Script (English Font) and must be accompanied by their translation in English in poetic format. Ghazals which are sent without their translation in English shall not be 'weblished'
 

5. Please give the Pen name you would like to use, your Email address and your Real name. (Along with Every ghazal you send ) All information provided by you will be treated confidentially. 

6. Please do not send the ghazals as attachments (to avoid the spread of virus) and kindly do not leave margin space (to make it easier for us to format). Unformatted text will be best. We do not open attachments.

7. Kavitanjali is against plagiarism. If you find any copyright protected material here, please inform us so that we can remove it from the site.

8. Ghazals once posted will not be removed from Kavitanjali except at the discretion of the editors.

9. The Editors decision is final in all matters.
