ish janha me koi nahi hei mera;

kehne ko toe tune sabh kuch diya,

aur kahe toe kuch bhi nahi hei mera;

Mahobbat ko mahobbat ki tarah na pa sake

mahobbat ko ibbaadat keh khuda tujhe maan liya;

dil se dil mil toe na sakei

tere kadmo mei dil ko kurbaan kar diya;

Eei mehboob mere yeh julm na kar

yeh najaro kei teer se dil pe vaar na kar;

yeh dil tumhe har pal duvaiye deta hei

thoda soch kar ish dil par reham kar;

O God, your world is too big

but in this world I don't have anyone

If I go to say you have given everything to me

but if I really say I don't have anything.

I didn't got love in the form of love

so took love as worship and made you my God

my heart didn't get your heart

so sacrificed my heart at your feet;

Oh my dear please don't do that

don't hurt my heart with the bow of eyes

my heart always prays for you

think about it and have mercy on it;
