Phir ye kaisee bhountikata hai
Muzko to ambar saaf-saaf
Paanvon ke paas bhee dikhta hai.
Nabh kaa prarambh nahee hota
Wo na Mrig-Marichika mein khota
Dhartee Nabh ke aalingan mein
Nabh Dhara Gurutvakarshan mein
Ek duje se karte kilol
Phirte awara must dole.
Sooraj –Chanda aru Brihaspati
Per hai na kahee aisee Srishtee
Na jeevan unn nakshatron mein
Kyaaaa kaaran hai socha toone?
Unn taaron ka hai yahee silaa
Dhartee se Ambar nahee mila
Jubb nahee Dhara Aakaash milen
Kaise jeevan ke phool khilen?
Tere kehene se kyaa hota
Dhartee kee goadee mein chupke se
Rakhh ke sirr ,
Hur roaz raat Ambar sota.
Haey jeevan ka aadhaar yahee,
Saree srishtee kaa saar yahee.
Brihmaand jahaan nakshtron mein
Jeevan ankur khilte honge
Jeevan kee rachna karne ko
Dhartee-Ambar milte honge
Horizon is a place
where
Earth and sky unite
Whatever is your height
Somewhat similar is my plight
(Five feet few inches)
We should therefore
Be seeing from a similar site.
Then how come I physically
See so clearly
Earth and sky meet
Very near yours and my feet.
Sky, as you see, friend
Has no beginning, no end
It doesn’t loose itself in a mirage
Earth and sky remain in a perpetual state
Of deep embrace are found,
Cavorting around.
Look at the Sun, Moon and Jupiter
Why there is no life there
Ever gave it a thought dear?
You know such is the destiny of
Those heavenly bodies
For God perhaps does not permit
Their earths and skies to meet.
Creativity hence doesn’t find its feet.
Out here too, nothing changes
By the way you think
For past sunset the sky
Sleeps in the lap of earth
Enchanted, without a wink.
This is the basis and
The essence of creativity
In this universe, wherever there is life
Sky and earth must meet
There too at yours and my feet.
