Roye chahe kitna koi tere aage, Magar ek tu hai, adig hai, ari hai.
Tera aur mehnat ka sang hai suhana, Tu mehnat se kyon phir hamesha ladi hai?
Are maan ja ab main itna kahoonga, Na mehnat hai chhoti na kismat badi hai.
Kabhi jindagi mein khushi hai to logon, Kabhi jindagi aansuon mein jadi hai,
Kabhi ye hansaaye, kabhi ye rulaaye, Vidhata ke haathon ki adbhut chhadi hai.

O my Destiny, Leave me alone, why are you following me?
When I want you to stay behind, you’re always in front of me.    
Wherever I went I found you, you are backbone of my life,
You do not run along the time, you’re a naughty clock like.
Whenever I asked for the joy, you gave me sorrow,
You’re stable, whether someone cry or whatsoever do.
You have a good combo with hard work, then why do you fight,
What I can say now is that both of you are equal and right.
