SOLVE WARS OF THE HEARTS
Zarra dilo ki jung
suljha loo,
Phir jahaan ko dekhoo,
Aaj tanhaayio se dussi hoo,
Kucch khushnumma mehfillein sajja loo.
Aahein ho jaayein
na bekaboo,
Dil ki gehraaiyo mein dafna loo,
Siskiyo mein toofaano ko dabba doo,
Khamosh lubbo ko see loo.
Unki nigaaho mein
jhaank loo,
Chehre ki kashish mein dekhoo,
Shayad unn mein kuhin kho guya woh,
Apna pehla sa pyaar paa loo.
Ranjo ghum unke
apna loo,
Dard-o- sittam seene se lugga loo,
Unse koi shikwa gilla kyun,
Hurr shikayat rooh mein dafna loo.
Zarra dilo ki jung
suljha loo,
Phir jahaan ko dekhoo,
Khud bemaut murri si hoo yaarub,
Kaise jeene ki dawa kur loo?
Let me solve wars
of the hearts,
Then the world's wars I shall resolve,
Today I am stung
by solitude,
Let me host some joyous parties.
Sighs might not
become outrageous,
Let them be buried in hearts' depths,
Let me bury storms in sobs,
Let me sew silent lips.
Let me peep into
his eyes,
Let me hunt in the charm of his face,
May be lost in this all,
I find my lost first love.
Let me embrace
his sorrows,
Let me hold close his pains and anguish,
Why should I nurse any complaints against him,
Let me bury all complaints in my soul.
Let me solve
wars of the hearts,
Then the world's wars I shall resolve,
I appear to have died an untimely death,
How do I cure others of death?
