CHAIN LINE POEM 5
Sunlight streams in happily, as if to dispel my gloom Now my shadow showing up, loneliness you would be a doom I've shaken away all doubts that kept me wrapped in
gloom And together we dance, shadow and me, in harmony in tune Timeless memories flutter the lonely heart to take flight into the wondrous past When darkness was so much a friend, to light my shadow was immune Remember when holding hands, together we would sing our favourite tune but it was not ordained thus that darkness should last The picturesque beauty of mother Nature enthralled me into heavenly bliss, I opened my eyes, pulled up the blinds, and looked out with wonder.............at the world so vast To see the trees swaying in the breeze, and the cotton ball clouds dashing past the birds softly chirping, inviting me to fly But still I am earth-bound tho' beauty is all around...
Nature is such a wonderful thing
So pure, so serene; erases melancholy and fills you up with glee that now I dont have you, your shadow will do.
